Registration

Cancellations must be notified by email to the conference secretariat. Any cancellation made by 30 May 2026 from the conference date will be subjected to a 50% cancellation charge.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any cost penalty.
No refund can be made after 30 May 2026.
The conference secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.

All fees are to be paid in full upon registration.
Registration fee is inclusive of 8% SST.
Registered fees include admission to all conference sessions, daily lunch, tea breaks, and conference kit.
Participants will be notified of their confirmed registration via e-mail only upon receipt of full payment.
Any data collected from the participants will be used by the organiser only during the period of this event, unless prior consent has been given by the participant.
Any medical information collected from the participants will be used by the organiser solely for the purpose of this conference.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule events due to government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.
The organiser shall not be held responsible for views expressed by speakers, sponsors, and/or exhibitors.
The organiser will not be held liable for any loss during the conference.
