Dato’ Sri Khairul Dzaimee bin Daud is a distinguished Malaysian public servant currently serving as the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development (KUSKOP) since September 2024. In this role, he leads key national initiatives focused on strengthening cooperative development, nurturing resilient halal entrepreneurs, and enhancing regional economic growth. With over 30 years of experience in the Malaysian public sector, he has held several senior leadership positions, including Secretary-General of the Ministry of Human Resources, Director-General of the Legal Affairs Division, and Director-General of Immigration Malaysia. His extensive career reflects deep expertise in public administration, governance, and policy implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia and a Master of Arts in Strategy & Diplomacy from the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations (IDFR) and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
