Dr. Annie Woo has over 30 years of experience in industry transformation and development strategy, with expertise in assessing the economic viability, social impact, and broader benefits of development schemes and asset management programmes.
She is the Co-founder of Page 8, Founder of Singapore-based P8 Vantage Pte Ltd, Co-owner and Company Director of HalOk Pte Ltd (HalOk BV Europe), Co-founder and Group Director of International Projects at the Global Halal Alliance, part of Haltex Group Pte Ltd, and Director of S&A Funds, an India-focused family office.
Dr. Woo currently leads several major projects, including ecosystem development and export programmes in partnership with the Ministry of International Trade, Industry and Investment Sarawak (MINTRED). Her other key initiatives include development asset and infrastructure delivery strategies for listed companies and government agencies.
As a member of the executive committee of the International Society of City and Regional Planners, she contributed to research and thought leadership publications in collaboration with UN-Habitat. She has also lectured at the Singapore Institute of Planners and previously taught undergraduate courses while leading consulting teams at CBRE Pte Ltd, Savills, and Cistri Pte Ltd.
